We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method. All products must be unused and undamaged in order to receive full credit. The following terms apply to all return or exchanges:

1. Your online return or exchange must be initiated AND POSTMARKED within 30 days of receiving the order to claim your refund to your original payment method or exchange of the product in the same or different size.
2. Please mention your reason for return or exchange and mail us the same with your Order ID to support@mixcart.com.
3. No returns OR exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.
4. Upon submitting your online return or exchange, if approved, you will be sent a return label via email. There is an $8 return fee that will be deducted from your refund.
5. If you use your own return carrier, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Return to the below address if using your own return carrier.

6. We only accept returns of products bought from our online Company Store at https://mixcart.com/. Items purchased through boutiques, trade shows or others are not eligible for online returns.
7. Package the merchandise in the original box if possible. Items should have the original tags and tickets attached. Please enclose your original receipt or packing slip.
8. We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive so we suggest you insure the package via the carrier of your choice and suggest getting a tracking number for your protection.
9. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
10. We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. 
11. Items listed for Semi-Annual Sale or Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

12. We don't offer refund on gift cards.
13. International Orders are subject to Customs and Duty charges to be paid by the recipient. Payment may be required prior to shipping and will likely be required before delivery. Failure to pay the required charges could result in the loss of your shipment for which a refund can not be issued.
14. Mixcart will certainly do our best to help locate a lost or stolen package and if not recovered, we will be happy to send out a replacement per our policy:

  • In cases of lost packages, we will need proof of your claim filed with the carrier.
  • In cases of stolen packages, we will be happy to send out a replacement package after we receive proof of a filed police report for the stolen package.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the time your item(s) is received into our warehouse for your credit to be processed. The credit to your original form of payment may not show up until the next billing cycle.

We reserve the right to deny a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.

International Orders:

While we are happy to accept international returns, we do not provide return labels for returns outside of the United States. Please contact support@mixcart.com for return authorization including your name and order number. Once you receive the return authorization, you will need to return the items at your own cost, items must be postmarked within 30 days of the receipt of your order. A return processing fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. No shipping costs are eligible for a refund.

We recommend you choose a carrier that offers tracking for your package as we aren’t responsible for the package until it reaches us. In case you feel there are any issues with your order, just reach out to us at support@mixcart.com and we'll do our best to resolve the issue. We do our best to make sure all our customers are happy!
Duties/Taxes: 
Duties and taxes that are NOT paid to Mixcart during the website checkout will not be refunded.


For Cancellations:

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please email support@mixcart.com within 1 hour of placing your order. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Items may occasionally be canceled by our system if there was an issue with the order or in low-stock situations. If an item is canceled, you will receive an email notice that will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items.
